Performance Analyst

ROMTech is now looking for a Performance Analystto drive visibility into how our teams perform against expectations. This role transforms data into actionable insights, identifies capability gaps, and guides coaching and training interventions.

Please note this is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our newest location in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities

KPI Development and Management

• Establish baseline performance metrics (e.g., conversion behaviors, script adherence, SLA compliance).
• Develop leading indicators to signal execution quality early.
• Maintain the Performance KPI Dictionary as the enterprise standard.

Performance Reporting & Rhythm of Business (RoB)

Root Cause Analysis
