We are seeking a motivated attorney with at least three years of experience in real estate to join our Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan origination, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, asset management, and workouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead real estate transactions for lenders from inception through post-closing.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, and workout documents.
• Provide legal counsel on mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and asset management.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
• 3+ years of real estate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle complex transactions
