Renewal Lifecycle Specialist
Job Description : What You'll Be Doing
Proactive Outreach & Engagement
- Take ownership of the Renewal Lifecycle.
- Engage with customers and partners starting 120 days before renewal dates.
- Ensure efficient quoting and order processing for renewals, managing escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with channel partners to address renewal concerns and secure purchase orders.
Opportunity Development
Drive renewal opportunities for current customers and explore upsell and cross-sell avenues.Work alongside NetApp sellers and Arrow teams to present upgrade paths and value-added services.Contribute to targeted strategies for at-risk accounts and low-retention partners.Relationship Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned partners, NetApp teams, and customers across various sectors.Onboard partners to the ArrowSphere RENEW platform, providing valuable messaging and best practice training.Conduct regular health checks and lead quarterly success reviews (QBRs) with key accounts.Data-Driven Sales Execution
Monitor and report on regional renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue metrics.Utilize propensity scoring, EOSL tracking, and workload assessments to prioritize at-risk accounts.Offer feedback to NetApp for enhancing solutions and addressing recurring renewal challenges.Education & Value Communication
Host webinars, workshops, and discussions emphasizing renewal benefits, new feature adoption, and risks of non-renewal (e.g., downtime, security vulnerabilities).Clearly communicate ROI, upgrade paths, and the long-term value of renewing NetApp solutions through Arrow.This role includes a sales compensation plan, with a portion of On-Target Earnings (OTE) variable based on renewal achievement, pipeline growth, and specific sales goals.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of the renewals lifecycle, sales execution, and partner ecosystems is essential.Experience in channel sales, renewals, or business development is strongly preferred.Familiarity with partner ecosystems, SaaS / hardware renewals, and CRM / forecasting tools is advantageous.Ability to solve moderately complex renewal challenges using data insights and strategic plays.Work independently with minimal guidance; provide resources and support to colleagues and channel managers.Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements in renewal strategy and reporting.Experience / Education
Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years plus an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.Work Arrangement
In Colorado : Hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. In other states : Fully remote, with travel to the nearest Arrow office as needed.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :
$84,500.00 - $95,151.89
The actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
