Autism ABA Instructor (Clinical, Developmental, Therapeutic Program)

EASTCONN operates a Clinical Developmental and Therapeutic (CDT) program in Willimantic Connecticut serving grades K-12. This program is designed for students who need a highly structured supportive therapeutic environment in order to achieve academic and behavioral success. The programs emphasize supporting students in acquiring the academic social emotional and behavioral skills necessary to successfully return to their local public schools or a less restrictive environment and combine individualized instruction with a multimodal approach and high-interest materials to maximize learning.

We are recruiting for full-time ABA Instructors to provide 1 : 1 support to children with autism and related will support professional staffworking directly with students both within our CDT program and also to assist local public schools within theEASTCONN region.

Required Qualifications include :

• Experience with childrenwith autism spectrum disordersor significant behavioral needs and application ofapplied behavior analysis preferred.
• B.A. degree with concentration in child development or relatedfield.
• Computer competency.
