Advanced Practice Providers (PAs) to join our Cardiovascular Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative group of cardiovascular specialists in a role that includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. We are looking for high-quality, patient-focused APPs who are passionate about cardiovascular care and committed to clinical excellence

Responsibilities:
Full-time position with a mix of hospital and clinic-based care
Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular assessments
Managing acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging
Assisting with cardiology procedures
Educating patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
Organization:
Provide services in Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Virginia Beach
More than 30 providers including:
Primary Care
Specialty
APPs
75+ outpatient care clinics
7 Urgent Cares
Ambulatory Surgery Center
Sleep Lab Center
Strong commitment to value-based care with successful Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving 50,000+ patients
