Connected Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a dynamic school team in Lawrence, Massachusetts , serving students in grades PreK–8 for the 2025–2026 school year. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse needs.

Position Overview :

\nThe school-based OT will provide direct and consultative services to support students’ participation and success in the classroom. You'll work alongside teachers, special educators, and related service providers to deliver holistic, student-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

\n\n \n\t

Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs

\n\t\n\t

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine functional needs

\n\t\n\t

Implement therapeutic activities to support motor, sensory, and cognitive development

\n\t\n\t

Educate students and families on home-based strategies and exercises

\n\t\n\t

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and monitor individualized goals

\n\t\n

\n\n

Assignment Details : \n\n \n\t

Grade levels : PreK through 8

\n\t\n\t

Hours : 37.5 per week, full school day

\n\t\n\t

Contract dates : August 25 – June 24

\n\t\n\t

Setting : On-site within school buildings

\n\t\n

\n\n

Requirements : \n\n \n\t

Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain by start date)

\n\t\n\t

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

\n\t\n\t

Strong collaboration and communication skills

\n\t\n\t

Dedication to student progress and well-being

\n\t\n
