Center Manager
The Center Manager oversees all center operations and serves as the main liaison with corporate to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. Reports to the Associate Director of Operations. Direct Reports include all center positions except quality personnel. Responsibilities include overseeing center operations, improving donor retention and flow, ensuring compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable regulations, leading financial management activities, escalating quality concerns to the Associate Director of Operations, analyzing performance data to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability, supporting audit processes, enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies, leading HR functions, managing local marketing and advertising activities, representing the center in the local community, and safeguarding the confidentiality of all employees, donor, and center information. Key deliverables include reducing operational waste, enhancing digital and operational capabilities, fostering a world-class environment, and ensuring safety through rigorous quality control. Job specifications require a Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience, minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices, and proficiency in English. Physical and mental requirements include reaching, bending, kneeling, and using fine motor skills to lift up to 25 lbs, standing and walking required up to 100% of the time, occasional overnight travel, and exposure to bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
