Branch Manager

Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their commercial paint branch making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. This includes managing all aspects of branch operations including scheduling customer service marketing merchandising inventory financial reporting and safety. You will also manage develop and motivate branch employees as well as develop business strategies to meet goals and increase sales in a competitive this position you will grow the companys market share by selling to wholesale customers.

This positions typical schedule is 48 hours per week which may include evenings and / or weekends.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.

Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training motivating mentoring and providing feedback to store employees
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
• Build positive relationships with wholesale customers
• Complete branch administration
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety loss prevention and security
• Maintain outstanding store condition
• Provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Manage employee training development performance management and corrective action
• Respond to and resolve any customer and / or employee complaints
• Make outside sales calls to increase market share
