The Vice President of Corporate & Sales HR is an executive level leader responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the corporate human resources functions. This role ensures alignment of people strategy with corporate goals and evolving workforce needs. The VP will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Human Resources Officer as well as the rest of the executive team, drive innovation across HR practices, and represent the company externally as a thought leader in human capital management.
What you’ll do :
- Lead and inspire the corporate HR organization, including centers of excellence.
- Establish the long-term vision and strategy for HR that aligns with company growth, culture, and values.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CHRO and executive leadership (C-Suite) team on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Shape programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent worldwide.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as core business priorities.
- Oversee leadership development and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure HR policies, programs, and practices are compliant, competitive, and consistent across geographies.
- Oversee HR systems, processes, and metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage enterprise-level metrics and analytics to measure organizational health and workforce performance.
- Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through external partnerships, conferences, and thought leadership.
- Build programs to strengthen employee engagement and align people practices with business success.
What you’ll bring :
12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7+ years in senior executive roles.Demonstrated success leading global or enterprise-wide HR organizations.Proven experience advising C-suite executives and influencing organizational strategy.Deep knowledge of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance.Track record of driving culture, transformation, and change management in complex organizations.Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate workforce insights into strategy.
