We're seeking a driven and collaborative Paid Media Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at our Kansas City office across from Union Station. The Role As our Paid Media Specialist, you'll own the strategy and execution of our paid digital campaigns across search and social platforms. You'll work with the broader marketing team, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance, drive efficiency, and connect with prospective clients through targeted advertising initiatives.

Drive performance across paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) through data-driven optimization and strategic budget allocation.

Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on performance data and user behavior insights.

Execute A / B testing across ad elements and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

Create detailed performance reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with business objectives.

Manage campaign budgets to achieve optimal ROI and efficiency targets.

About You 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social media campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analysis and performance optimization.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and / or LinkedIn Advertising.

Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement.

Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.

Experience with Google Analytics (or similar) and data visualization tools.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.

Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Benefits & Employment Details Salary range of $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
