Position Overview :

Were looking for a Female Pilates & Exercise Specialist who brings not only knowledge and passion for movement, but also warmth, empathy, and encouragement to every session.

Youll be working hands-on with clients in Gilbertsville and surrounding areas, providing personalized fitness and Pilates-based sessions designed to improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence all within the comfort of their homes.

This role is ideal for someone who blends a trainers precision with a coachs compassion someone who can meet clients where they are and help them discover what their bodies are capable of.

Responsibilities :

Conduct one-on-one fitness and Pilates-based training sessions (in-home or on-site).

Design customized programs focusing on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and functional movement.

Incorporate mat and apparatus-based Pilates techniques (Reformer experience a plus).

Foster motivation and accountability through supportive coaching.

Track progress and modify plans based on client goals.

Educate clients on safe, mindful movement and balanced living.

Represent GYMGUYZ values with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Qualifications :

Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).

CPR / AED certification.

Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.

Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.

Team player or collaborative with others.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
