Job descriptionSupervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Conduct sick call assessments and infirmary rounding Manage chronic care and preventative care procedures Oversee preventative care clinics Participate in infirmary rounds for internal medicine cases Handle trauma triage and urgent medical situations Maintain accurate charting notes and medical records Manage medication refills and address med non-compliance issues Conduct morning lines for follow-ups, suture removal, and other patient care activities Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Previous correctional facility experience is beneficial Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
Job Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 68-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This role commences on Sep 15, 2025, involving full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday.
