Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
5+ years of B2B JANITORIAL sales experienceSales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is REQUIRED, preferably from a larger companyProven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationDaily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationshipsTerritory Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpotPrevious exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfullyExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
