Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Must have 8+ years  to 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or related field.
• Must have Proven experience with Core Java (7+ years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in agile development, continuous integration, and modern software engineering techniques
• Experience in financial services organizations
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and analytics models
• Background in machine learning and GenAI concepts
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet information technology needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Participate in discovery sessions to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics
• Accountable for all parts of the software development lifecycle
