Our client, a major fishing and seafood processing company, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for their Cape May, NJ facility to oversee all aspects of the company's seafood supply chain—from procurement of raw product through production, cold storage, and distribution to domestic and international markets. This role ensures that materials, packaging, and finished products are sourced, processed, stored, and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with food safety regulations. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with vessel managers, production teams, cold storage facilities, freight carriers, and regulatory agencies to maintain optimal supply levels while ensuring product integrity and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Management

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support seafood harvesting, processing, and distribution operations.
• Monitor seasonal catch volumes, demand forecasts, and market conditions to anticipate inventory needs and logistics challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve cold chain efficiency, and enhance service levels.

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary Range : $85,000- $105,000
