Key Responsibilities / Duties

Execute systematic territory operations in storm-affected areas, conducting exterior

damage assessments and guiding homeowners through insurance claim processes. Split

schedule : mornings (0800-1200) for administrative duties, afternoons / evenings (1400-

2000) for field operations.

Key Operations :

Reconnaissance in pre-identified storm zones using advanced weather tracking

Technical damage assessments (ladder work, no roof climbing)

Insurance claims advocacy (50%+ of projects involve claims)

Customer liaison through project completion

Compensation Benefits

Base Pay : $52,000 annually ($1,000 / week guaranteed)

Commission : $100 per appointment + 13% net profit on closed jobs

Earning Potential : $80K-$100K first year (top performers $280K+)

Required Skills Qualifications

Valid driver's license with clean background / MVR

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors

Availability for storm response operations (including Saturdays)

Military experience in leadership, high-pressure operations, or customer-facing roles
