• We are seeking a highly skilled GP Anaesthetist / GP Urgent Care doctor to provide essential locum services in our regional hospital two hours south east of Melbourne. On-floor support as a supernumerary in UCC when no GPA work needed
• Anaesthetic services where required, including supported airway and anaesthetic care, obstetric caesareans and elective procedures if scheduled. Urgent Care Department clinical coverage between approx. 0800-1600 (can negotiate these hours if needed) when not performing Anaesthetic Services – dependant on anaesthetic demand. On call for Anaesthetic services for the 24 hour period 0800-0800.Please note that the first priority of this role is the GPA work – if there are lists scheduled, elective procedures or obstetric/emergency needs where GPA services are required this trumps any work in UCC.
• Rate on offer per 24 hour block is $3,000 – milage and accommodation on top of this rate.
