Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and follow-ups
Assist patients with benefits and insurance information while conducting surveys
Enhance patients' healthcare experiences through empathetic interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
