Position : RN-Stepdown (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Beaufort, South Carolina — earn up to ($1825 - $1921 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in South Carolina with stepdown unit experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Ability to utilize data for tracking patient outcomes and improving care.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Demonstrated collaboration skills with healthcare teams for care planning.
Strong documentation skills for patient progress and treatment plans.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
Experience in performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
