Texas School Psychologist

Overview

Soliant is seeking a full-time Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to provide comprehensive psychological services across multiple school sites within our district. This role will run through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. The LSSP will play a critical role in supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development through evaluation, consultation, and direct services. This position is open only to candidates available full-time and who meet Texas state licensure requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in accordance with federal and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to help determine eligibility for special education services
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Provide behavioral and academic consultation to school teams
• Support the implementation of positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and reports in compliance with all legal and district policies
• Serve multiple school campuses as part of a collaborative district-wide support system
