A growing boutique wellness studio in Lee's Summit is seeking a driven and energetic Lead Sales Associate to join our team. This is a confidential posting for a retail-based wellness brand dedicated to helping our community feel and live better.
What You'll Do
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads
- Generate new leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Sell memberships and wellness packages with confidence and enthusiasm
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming studio experience
- Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, sales, and client interactions
- Support the studio team with day-to-day retail operations
