Senior Compensation Consultant
Fairview is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant for a temporary, 2-year commitment position. The Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for designing, maintaining, and administering compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment. This individual will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide consultative services on all compensation topics and ensure that compensation and total rewards programs are aligned with the business and talent strategies. This position is temporary backfill for current staff to work on a new implementation. The estimated temporary end date will be spring 2028.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
