  • Supervise and Mentor : Provide guidance and oversight to staff members, helping to develop their skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality assurance services.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance : Use your expertise to help clients identify strengths and weaknesses in their financial reporting and internal control systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Experience : Significant experience in a public accounting setting, with a strong background in audit.
  • Client-Focused Mindset : You are passionate about building and maintaining close relationships with clients and guiding their businesses toward success.
  • Leadership Skills : You have experience managing engagements, leading teams, and mentoring staff.
  • Expertise : Deep knowledge of GAAP and GAAS with the ability to apply these principles to a variety of client situations.
  • Partnership Potential : This role is for a candidate who is ready to take on a long-term leadership position with the goal of becoming a partner in 3-4 years.
  • Work Environment

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, with managers typically working from the office 2-3 days a week. We are a small firm with a close-knit, family-like feel and are looking for someone to join our team by the end of the year.
