Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your leadership will be the key to achieving our mission of providing quality products and services to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to attain monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential customers.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the customer service process to ensure a positive buying experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.Strong understanding of sales pipelines and outside sales techniques.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM software or other relevant tools is preferred.Job Type : Full-time
