Pay : $150,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year

Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients NYC office.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have 3+ years of personal injury experience and be an active member of the New York Bar.

Job Description

• Handle serious and catastrophic personal injury cases from initial filing through verdict
• Screen potential litigation clients and interview clients and witnesses
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and prepare for mediations
• Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize client outcomes
• Depose witnesses and prepare clients for depositions
• Provide counsel and representation throughout trial
• Supervise legal teams to ensure attorneys focus on high-level case strategy
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys to ensure efficient, high-quality case handling
• Maintain exceptional client service and communication
