STAND 8 Technology Consulting is a full?service IT consulting firm delivering end?to?end solutions for enterprise partners across the United States and globally. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (Participations) to support a global Media & Entertainment client as we retool their Participations (financials) system with new interfaces and integrations.

Pay Range

Base pay range : $55.00 / hr $65.00 / hr (contract).

Location / Working Arrangement

Onsite (34 days per week) in a hybrid schedule in the Greater Los Angeles area (close to Hollywood). Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Participations systems requirements into functional design documentation.
• Write test scripts to test and validate system changes around the Participations systems.
• Configure and maintain Participations financial systems to support complex accounting that meets requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation of residuals contracts across various markets and platforms.
• Support integrations with third?party providers.
• Analyze and validate participations data, calculations, and payment outputs.
• Lead and support end?to?end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and data staging processes for participations reporting and compliance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for participations operations.
• Stay current with union / guild agreement updates and ensure system compliance.
• Provide cross?functional support across multiple residuals projects and initiatives.
