```Duties```
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patientsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditionsOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and proceduresPrescribe medications and treatments, including controlled substances, as appropriateDevelop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare teamProvide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment optionsMonitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as neededCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records```Requirements```
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MichiganMaster's degree in Nursing from an accredited programCertification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics)Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical settingProficiency in HCC, ICD-10 coding, and medical terminologyExperience working in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes, assisted living, memory care, and individual homesAbility to perform basic medical proceduresKnowledge of infection control protocols and practicesStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients, caregivers, and families on health-related topicsWe offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as :
