Job Summary
Champion supplier diversity initiatives and ensure requirement distribution alignment to goals. Perform supply base analysis, create recommendations, and obtain sign-off on strategies to drive optimization, savings, diversity, and other goals. Drive change management within supplier strategy by using data to understand the situation at hand and effectively communicate the benefits of adopting a new strategy. Lead preparation (analysis and accompanying slide decks) for quarterly supplier management review with program & client leadership. Lead supplier scorecard meetings and prepare supporting materials (analysis, messaging, scorecard PDFs, etc.). Creation of Tableau reporting to enable Supplier Strategy and account teams to track supplier performance, compliance, and operational activity. Support internal & client supplier summits. Support vetting & onboarding of new suppliers. Support compliance audits and discussions with suppliers. Track and follow-up on action items from supplier meetings. Collect information from internal & external stakeholders to gather a full understanding of problems at hand, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to remediate the situation. Support rollout of new supplier management tool within supplier onboarding, contact management, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a major in MIS, Business Analytics, Economics, or Finance preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to complete advanced analysis and effectively communicate results / recommendations. Tableau or other similar BI tools. 5+ years in an analyst role, preferably supply chain or procurement related. Ability to translate business problems into requirements for analysis.

Identification and execution of analysis with increased complexity within supplier strategy. Alignment of supplier strategy goals to operational processes. Account specific Supplier Strategy goals (ex. diversity, rebates, efficiency).
