Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Carman Auto Group, you will be instrumental in driving vehicle sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service while helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize dealership resources for inventory control and sales reporting.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for automobiles and helping others

Goal-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay : $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
