High Precision tool and die shop in Horsham, PA is looking for qualified toolmaker, grinder and / or CNC machinist for our shop.

We are a family run business that has been supplying the electronics and medical industries for over 30 years. We are a medium volume, high variety shop. We fabricate parts in the range from 1 piece per year to over 1000 pieces per year. We are not a production shop, but we adhere to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications .
• Operate Mitsui 6" x 12" dry grinders and 12" x 24" wet grinders .
• Inspect and verify parts at all stages to ensure precision tolerances.
• Set up workpieces, fixturing, and tool offsets for drills, endmills, and cutters.
• Use micrometers, surface gages, indicators, and other inspection equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience in toolmaking, grinding, and / or CNC machining .

Strong knowledge of surface grinding techniques, heat treatment, and tooling steels .

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerancing.

Skilled in setup, part pickup, and squareness verification .

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High attention to detail, punctuality, and pride in workmanship.
