Certifications Required :

Certified Nursing Assistant-WI State License, BLS by AHA and 2 Professional Reference

Special Requirement throughout Contract : LTC experience

2years of Certified Nursing Assistant experience required.

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (with possible extension)

Job Requirement :

2 years of experience CNA-required Experience.

License & Certifications Required :

CNA-WI state - License preferred

AHA - BLS
