RN Home Health Needed - NOW!!

BrightStar Care of Plano/North Dallas is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide one-on-one care to a pediatric client in their home. If you have a heart for children and experience with g-button and complex pediatric care, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p)
Location: Wichita Falls, TX

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment

• Monitor and manage tracheostomy, g-tube, and other specialized pediatric needs

• Assess, observe, and report client condition and changes to the clinical team

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication with the care team and family

• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that supports the child’s overall health and well-being

Requirements:

Active RN license in the State of Texas (required)
Pediatric experience (home health preferred)
G-button experience (required)
Current CPR certification
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care
