Journeyman Plumber

We’re excited to welcome skilled journeyman plumbers to our team! Your expertise will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Below are the key responsibilities you will be expected to fulfill :

• Proficient Diagnostics : Skillfully identify plumbing issues through thorough inspections and testing. Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose problems accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Service Excellence : Engage with clients to understand their plumbing needs and concerns. Provide clear explanations of plumbing issues and recommended solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Installation of Water Piping : Install and repair a variety of water piping systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Drain Installation and Maintenance : Install, maintain, and repair drainage systems, ensuring optimal functionality and preventing future issues. Employ best practices for clearing clogs and maintaining drainage systems.
• Water Heater Installation : Install, troubleshoot, and repair traditional water heaters, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Provide guidance to customers on the best water heater options for their homes. Install and service tankless water heaters, emphasizing energy efficiency and customer education. Stay updated on the latest tankless technology to provide informed recommendations.
• Adherence to Safety Standards : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Teamwork : Be willing to work with and train apprentice plumbers. Utilize all resources available to you within the company to navigate challenges and learn from each other.
• Company Culture : Be hungry, humble and smart. Dress in company attire and represent Can Do values every where you go, while driving, in the office and in our customer's homes!
