A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work 12-hour night shifts from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM
• 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible
• Floating required to med / surg floor when ICU volume doesn't require all ICU staff
• Patient ratio of 1 : 2-3
• Auto offers only - no interviews required
• Minimum 1 years of ICU experience required
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NIHSS
• Must have experience with arterial lines, ventilator management, central venous lines, CVP monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, and strong knowledge of IV medications
• Swan Ganz, balloon pump, and Impella pump experience preferred
• All nurses participate in float rotation with both agency and permanent staff
• Opportunity to cross-train to telemetry if willing
• Central telemetry station located in ICU
• 24 / 7 respiratory therapy support available for BiPAP and ventilator management
