Job Summary :

Third Party Medical company based in Syosset, NY is looking for an organized and efficient Scheduling Coordinator to arrange and manage appointments. Youll be responsible for scheduling claimants with providers across various locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The position is paying up to $20 / hour and the company would like to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities :

• Schedule appointments according to availability and client needs
• Coordinate between providers, claimants, and internal teams
• Confirm details and follow up to ensure attendance
• Input and update scheduling information in internal systems
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes
