Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Trkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role :

As Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for a variety of financial reporting operations, including preparation of Udemy's SEC filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, and adherence to all filing deadlines. Reporting to the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting, you will play a critical role in the financial reporting process as Udemy scales and matures as a public company. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders - accounting, finance, investor relations, tax, legal, external auditors - in order to deliver timely internal and external reporting in accordance with US GAAP.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity.

Hiring Compensation Range $85,000 - $106,000 USD
