Availability :  Flexible, including weekendsHourly Rate :  $11-12 / hour base pay + tips

• (Approximately $2-3 per hour in tips)Shifts :  Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available AM+PMResponsibilities : As a Bakery Associate, you will be responsible for creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your duties will include : - Precisely baking and packaging cookies.- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.- Assisting with tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.No previous kitchen experience is required as training will be provided. Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.Requirements : To excel in this role, you should have : - The ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations.- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.Physical Requirements : You will need to be physically capable of : - Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).- Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.- Performing repetitive motion of wrists / arms during baking tasks.- Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.- Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.Why Join Us : We are a rapidly growing team that values internal growth and development.
