As a Solution Design Engineer at EFX, you will be a pivotal force in translating our powerful enterprise products into tangible value for our clients. Your primary mission will be to understand intricate lender workflows and craft innovative solutions and "showrooms" that demonstrate how EFX's differentiated data and technology can optimize customer outcomes. In this highly visible, customer-focused role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop compelling value messaging, support client proposals, and build a unique knowledge base that will directly influence our go-to-market strategy and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate for this hybrid position will be based in our Atlanta office, with in-office work required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and the flexibility to work remote on Mondays and Fridays.

What you'll do :

Solution Design / Showroom Development

• Collaborate with enterprise product teams to develop solutions / "showrooms" that demonstrate how EFX's differentiated products can be used to help lenders improve their performance and outcomes.
• Own the development and management of a comprehensive showroom library to support sales efforts to propose OnlyEFX solutions to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with sales, process, analytics, distribution, strategy, and pricing teams to ensure solution designs 1) reflect customer workflows, 2) are supported by analytical proof to improve outcomes, 3) are accessible to customers, 4) are priced to value, and 5) are superior to competitive alternatives.
• Establish cross-functional projects to obtain solution design supporting information where gaps exist.
• Provide feedback to appropriate teams where opportunities exist to enrich our solution design GTM presence.
