Monday Friday: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Monday Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Monday Friday: 1:00 PM 9:00 PM

What We're Looking For

1+ year of customer service experience preferred (home services or emergency services a plus)

Prior dispatch experience (residential/emergency services) is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (we will train the right person!)

Strong communication and active listening skills

Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

Team-focused mindset with a desire to grow

High school diploma or equivalent required

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on. You will:

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs

Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support

Manage a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency

Communicate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution

Provide timely updates and resolve customer concerns

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value

Learn our services inside and out to become a trusted resource

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $17$20/hour (DOE)

Post-Training Pay Structure: Hourly + Performance Incentives

Realistic Annual Earnings: $47,000 $60,000
