Primary Purpose
In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive leadership, this position is responsible for the coordination of communication, resources, and information to meet school and district needs within curricular areas.

Education / Certification
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field5+ years' proven experience in an educational consulting roleStrong communication and presentation skillsHighly professional, organized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on qualityMajor Responsibilities and Duties
Working knowledge of instructional methods, techniques, principles and theories of educationProvide quality coaching, mentoring, and professional development to identified school-level personnelWorking knowledge of classroom techniques and academic activities at each educational level.Design new training programs and offer teacher training workshopsAbility to plan and teach workshops related to the educational program / project.Use multiple sources of data to establish educational goals and deliver professional development and technical assistance resulting in increased achievement of studentsUse student work and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of provided servicesResearch and maintain current knowledge of new and emerging educational techniques in the desired content areaWork independently with little directionWorking conditions
