An exciting leadership opportunity is now open for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to take the helm at a well-established infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma City. This direct hire position offers full operational responsibility, allowing you to lead a skilled team in a clinically driven, high-performing environment where patient care is the top priority.

Pharmacy Manager Direct Hire

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

Schedule : Monday Friday | 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Start Date : ASAP

Position Overview :

As Pharmacy Manager, youll oversee all pharmacy functionsfrom clean room operations and pounding oversight to staff leadership, inventory management, and clinical pliance. This role blends patient care with strategic and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and clean room pliance

Supervise and support staff pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel

Collaborate with the distribution supervisor on procurement and supply chain needs

Ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards, including USP pliance

Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for pharmacy staff

Serve as a hands-on leader, stepping into clinical duties as needed

Participate in pany-wide leadership initiatives and strategy

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred

Active pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma

12 years of experience in IV admixture and intravenous therapy

1+ year of pharmacy management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership, munication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with CareTend system is a plus
