The below is an outline of the responsibilities of all employees with an Accountant title. Additional
responsibilities for each Accountant may differ depending on the business needs, the individual's
capabilities and time, and other factors as determined by the executive team of CC US Holdings, LLC.
Reports To : Director of Accounting
Collaborative With : C-Suite, Site Management
Roles and Responsibilities :
The Accountant position is responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through the preparation of reports and statements for multiple companies.
Accountant :
- Reconciles multiple assigned companies' bank statements, credit cards and ledgers
- Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Generates financial reports for review and analysis
- Documents financial transactions by entering journal entries and other account information
- Records and processes employee expense reports
- Communicates with vendors and site management to resolve discrepancies in documentation
and / or financial responsibilities
Guides accounting administrative support by coordinating activities and answering questionsSupports month-end closing processProvides accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and proceduresMaintains approved budgets and actual costs reportingCompiles historical data for executives as neededRequirements :
Highly computer literate with capability in QuickBooks (desktop), email, MS Office and relatedbusiness and communication tools
Strong research skills2 years of experience in accounting (public or private)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks well under pressure and meets tight deadlinesFantastic organizational and time management skillsMeticulous attention to detail
