Key Accountabilities
- Ideal candidates demonstrate confidence and experience conducting phone interviews, screening sessions, and expert communication over the phone.
- Ability to develop new relationships with candidates through cold & warm calls.
- Interviewing, screening, and hiring skilled trades manpower nationwide.
- Exhausting all available resources, as well as creating innovative ways to identify and onboard skilled tradesmen.
- Conduct in-person interviews, phone interviews, and locating talent that is a mutually beneficial fit with the culture at ULG Skilled Trades
- Previous knowledge of skilled trades is not required - ideal candidate would have some sort of management or recruiting background.
- Ability to organize and understand capabilities of skilled trade work groups and dispatch accordingly based on contractor needs and company priority
