Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Midtown Oaks Post Acute

Location : Sacramento, CA Pay : $45$50 per hour, DOE Schedule : Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated rehab team. Our facility is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Occupational Therapists to implement resident care plans
  • Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to improve daily living skills
  • Assist residents with adaptive equipment and techniques
  • Monitor and document resident progress accurately
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes
  • Support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life

    • Qualifications

  • Active California COTA license required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
