Long’s Jewelers is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Luxury Fashion Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team in our Braintree, MA location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys styling and accessorizing clients with stunning, coveted name-brand designer pieces. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with limited oversight.

Job Responsibilities Include :

• Cultivate on-going relationships with customers with a focus on return visits and future purchasing opportunities.
• Demonstrate successful outreach to potential and existing customers through proactive clientelling.
• Achieve sales objectives by focusing on the best-possible customer experience through storytelling, personalized service, and authentic interactions with every customer.
• Embrace continuous learning across all product lines and categories, including stones, metals, settings, brands, etc…
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, including inventory counts and set up / break down of on-floor product.
• Consistently exhibit a professional manner and composure with all customers, peers, and management.
