ARC Project Leader Co Op

As an ARC Project Leader Co-op at GE HealthCare, you will practice structured, critical thinking to quickly understand problem statements, clarify desired outcomes, and synthesize actionable next steps. You will enable execution across disciplines Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Fulfillment, Regulatory, and Supplier Quality by translating ambiguity into clear plans, risks, and decisions. You'll work on a variety of assignments that build capability in project planning, budget awareness, resource coordination, and risk management all while ensuring scope, quality, cost, and timing goals are met. You'll be mentored by an experienced Program Manager or Lead Program Integrator (LPI) and be entrusted to frame problems, define success metrics, and drive execution in partnership with cross-functional teams. Critical Thinking & Planning

• Quickly decompose ambiguous problem statements into clear problem definitions, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Synthesize next steps into lightweight, right-sized project plans (e.g., milestones, owners, dependencies) and keep them current as facts change.
• Define measurable outcomes / leading indicators; track progress and use data to inform decisions and trade-offs.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 5 Whys) to identify root causes and recommend pragmatic solutions.
