We Are Looking For We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help us communicate our mission through compelling visual design.
Responsibilities
Design a wide range of marketing materials and patient communications including flyers, postcards, posters, facility signage, email graphics, and marketing campaigns
Create engaging website graphics, landing pages, and digital media assets that drive user engagement and conversions
Design digital advertisements, and online marketing materials optimized for various platforms and devices
Translate complex healthcare information into visually engaging, easy-to-understand communications for diverse patient populations
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, healthcare professionals, and leadership to ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and effective
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from initial concept through final production, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain brand consistency across all patient and marketing touchpoints, ensuring cohesive visual identity across web, digital, and print channels
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently to refine deliverables
Prepare print-ready files for various formats including large-format printing, and optimize digital assets for web, email, and social media
Ensure all patient-facing materials are accessible, readable, and appropriate for diverse audiences including seniors and individuals with varying literacy levels
Stay current with healthcare marketing trends, digital design best practices, and accessibility standards
Performs related duties as required.

Requirements
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare, medical, or wellness communications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, web, and print media, with emphasis on clear, accessible communication design
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced skills in Figma for digital design, prototyping, and web / landing page layouts
Experience designing for web and digital platforms with understanding of responsive design principles
Thorough understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
Strong knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and digital asset optimization for various platforms
Experience creating materials that are readable and accessible for diverse audiences
Understanding of web design best practices and user experience considerations
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with medical terminology and patient information
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle competing deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clinical and administrative staff
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience designing for healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or wellness organizations
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy considerations in marketing materials
Understanding of health literacy principles and plain language design
Knowledge of accessibility standards including ADA compliance, WCAG guidelines, and designing for diverse populations
Experience with bilingual or multilingual design considerations
Skills in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and how designs translate to web development
Experience with marketing automation platforms or digital asset management systems
Familiarity with UX / UI design principles and conversion optimization
Experience designing email templates and understanding of email design constraints
Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to visual content
