Job descriptionOur sales professionals generate revenue by selling recycled OEM automotive parts, while upselling compatible components. You will nurture relationships with our current customers to ensure we keep their inventory replenished. Efficient and progressive prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers to ensure the creation of new business is key. Processing and reviewing of orders to ensure correct handling, pricing and shipping info. Coordinating with other departments to ensure our customers are supplied with parts in a timely fashion. Monday - Friday, day shift. Benefit options and 401k. Our sales representatives are earning an average of $99,000 in yearly commissions. The average hourly equivalent is $47.61 per hour. Fenix Parts top sales reps are breaking beyond $200,000 yearly, some even higher. 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets. Professional sales aptitude with a strong understanding of sales, closing and prospecting techniques. Proven ability to drive lead generation while also following up with past customers and maintaining current relationships. Exceptional communication skills. Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

The Fenix companies have been in business more than 25 years and currently operate from 28 locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems.
