Pricing Analyst – Beverage Industry | Secaucus, NJ | $120K- $130K
Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join a leading beverage company in Secaucus, NJ. You will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing, discounting, and revenue strategies across the commercial operations. This role partners closely with Sales and Commercial Strategy to drive profitability and ensure pricing structures align with market dynamics. Experience in the CPG industry is highly valued, especially in fast-paced environments where agility and data-driven decision-making are key.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize distributor pricing structures
Ensure pricing strategies are accurately reflected in planned structures and aligned with business goals.
Assess volume and profit impacts of pricing changes, both short- and long-term.
Monitor competitive shelf pricing and recommend adjustments to maintain market positioning.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability through discount and cost structure modifications.
Track actual vs. planned discount spend and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or the beverage / CPG industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite
Experience with SAP and syndicated data tools
Strong storytelling and reporting capabilities

Pay Details : $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
