Position Summary

Talent Pathway is seeking a driven, client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Frisco, Texas. This role involves presenting and positioning our premier SaaS solution to healthcare organizations, hospital systems, and clinical service providers seeking smarter, faster, and more integrated workforce management tools. The ideal candidate excels in lead generation, relationship building, and closing new business while championing the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare organizations and hospital systems
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and lead demos for decision makers
  • Represent Talent Pathway at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support to clients from onboarding through long-term engagement
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and tailored client experience

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events
  • Interest in technology and innovation in healthcare
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to healthcare or related industries
  • Existing relationships with hospital systems or healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment or workforce management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field
